SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days from the date on which payment has been received.
SHIPPING WITHIN THE USA
We offer the following shipping options within the United States of America:

STANDARD SHIPPING. Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail® Shipping.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING. Expedited orders are shipped via Priority Mail Express® at a flat rate of $35 per order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For international orders, shipping charges, customs fees and import duties and taxes ("International Shipping Costs") are calculated at the end of the checkout process and charged to you when you finalize your purchase. Simply add a product to your shopping bag, provide your full name and complete shipping address, and continue the checkout process. The International Shipping Costs will be displayed just before the order is ready to be finalized. Notwithstanding any estimate, quote or calculation provided by us during the checkout process, please be advised that you bear full responsibility for any and all customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other local charges resulting from international shipping. These charges are beyond our control as they are set by the customs authority of the destination country, and they depend on a number of factors, such as local VAT rates and local import taxes.
INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY
We do not deliver to incomplete addresses, P.O. boxes or any other type of lockbox. In order to ensure prompt delivery of your order, please provide, during the checkout process, the first and last name of the intended recipient followed by a complete street address. If you place an order using a P. O. box or an incomplete name and/or address, a member of our Customer Support team will contact you via email in order to obtain the additional information required to complete delivery of your order. If we are unable to obtain the information required for delivery within 48 hours from the date of our email seeking such information, we will have no choice but to cancel your order.
RECEIPT OF ORDER
Once you have received your tracking number from us, please make note of the date and approximate time when your order is expected to be delivered. If you realize that you will be unavailable on the date on which your order will be delivered, please contact us at (980) 785-4002 or support@idlefancies.co so that we may assist you in rescheduling the delivery.
FRAUD PREVENTION
In order to reduce the chance of a fraudulent purchase on your credit card, a member of our fraud prevention team may reach out to you or your credit card company in order to verify your purchase. In the event that this occurs, the shipment of your order may be delayed by an additional 1 to 2 business days so that we may complete the verification process.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You may exchange or return your order in its original condition, free of charge, within 14 days from the date on which your order was received. You will receive either a replacement piece or a full refund, as the case may be.
INITIATING RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
To initiate the return process for products that have been purchased on the Site or through a vendor event, customers should do the following:

Contact Idle Fancies Customer Support by email at returns@idlefancies.co or by calling (980) 785-4002 in order to obtain a return label;

Once the label has been received by the customer, the customer should first place the jewelry that is to be returned in its protective pouch(es), and then place the pouch(es) in the original Idle Fancies box(es) in the same manner as such jewelry was delivered originally. The package should include the packing slip marked to indicate which product is being returned;

Place the Idle Fancies box containing the jewelry in an appropriate shipping box;

Seal the shipping box and affix the pre-paid delivery label to it; and
-
Bring the package to any shipping location for the service provider, as the case may be, or call the service provider to arrange pick-up.
REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Idle Fancies products must be returned in their original condition with all protective materials in place and all tags and stickers attached to them, as well as with the Idle Fancies box and original delivery packaging. Idle Fancies shall not be obligated to accept your return or request for an exchange or to refund the amount paid for such item if:

the tag attached to the product that you are returning has been removed or torn;

the product that you are returning is not packaged in the Idle Fancies protective pouch and box with all original delivery packaging;

the product that you are returning shows any signs of wear or use; or
-
the product that you are returning has been altered in any way from its original condition.

INSURANCE
Your jewelry is insured against loss while in transit to you. Once the package has been delivered, the jewelry is deemed to be the responsibility of the recipient and all insurance protection provided by Idle Fancies during transit ceases.
